EFI Reggiani Launches New BLAZE Textile Digital Printer

The BLAZE printer provides textile enterprises design with a cost-effective way to enter the digital textile printing industry. The new 1.8-meter wide printer has a low-maintenance continuous recirculation ink system with a level sensor and degassing, as well as a printhead crash protection system for increased printhead life and uptime.
The BLAZE printer can print up to 125 linear meters per hour with a printing resolution of 600×1200 dots per inch. It has a low TCO (total cost of ownership) due to its printhead dependability and minimal maintenance expenses (dpi). The printer features eight dual-channel printheads with a resolution of 300 dpi. They can print in up to eight colors with a complete variable drop size.
With real-time image processing and customizable queue management, the Reggiani BLAZE printer has a friendly and easy user interface. A WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) job editor, as well as capabilities to precisely anticipate printing speed and ink use. They include in the software.
The BLAZE is the first in a series of 2021 product debuts from EFI Reggiani. This will also include another powerful digital inkjet printer, the EFI Reggiani HYPER, which will debut in July.

At ITMA Asia, EFI Reggiani is introducing a new service for Chinese customers: EFI Reggiani AQUA water-based reactive inks, which EFI Reggiani is currently producing in China. AQUA inks are suitable for making home textile and fashion goods with rich, intense colors. They are designed to give great quality on cotton, silk, viscose rayon, linen, and lyocell.
